Ordering & Process

How do I start a custom order?

Fill out the build/order form on each model page and choose the options you like. And if you want something that’s not listed, just add it to the notes at the end of the form or any other questions get in touch via our contact page — I’m sure we can make it happen. We’ll get back to you with pricing and details. Once you’re happy, a deposit secures your spot on our build list.

What’s the deposit amount and is it refundable?

We require a 35% deposit. Because every guitar is made to order, deposits are non-refundable, they help cover the materials cost and the time spent preparing and designing your future instrument — but they’re fully credited toward the final price.

How long does it take to build my guitar?

Current build time is 5 a 6 months, depending on complexity, our current queue, and parts availability. We’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Small tweaks are possible early in the build, but major changes after work has started may affect the price or timeline.

Do you send build progress updates or photos?

Yes — We definetely send updates along the way. The costumers reaction to the build process is always super rewarding.

What are the starting prices?

Pricing varies by model, options, and complexity.

Model A: starts at 2600€

Model P: starts at 2400€

Model F: starts at 3100€

Why are handmade guitars more expensive?

Custom guitars crafted by independent builders cost more because you’re paying for the time spent planning and building your instrument, for the care and attention it receives — from details that factories often overlook to carefully selected materials — and for a level of personalization and an experience you simply can’t get from guitars produced in bigger numbers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We pack guitars in hard cases or sturdy softcases, inside reinforced boxes, with plenty of protection and padding. Shipping costs vary by destination.

What’s your warranty policy?

We offer a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. Hardware and electronics are covered for two years.
Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage isn’t covered — but we can usually fix it for a fair price.
